Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can`t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase including the Original Invoice.

There are certain situations where refunds are granted:

  • After opening and start using our filaments you noticed a technological discrepancy – like filament diameter. In this case you will be refunded by a NEW PRODUCT. In this case all the transportation costs will be undertake by us.

No refunds will be granted when

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • The product you returned is NOT in the original pack and conditions we sent to you
  • No original documents approving your purchase are applied
  • Problems with the 3D printing technology which depend on your own 3D printer, skills and knowledge – like using a wrong bed type, wrong temperatures or declaring the filament is complicated. Wiring a spool with any filament is a continuous process and such complication can`t happens with us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, or you will receive an exchanged product.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven`t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you`ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at office@gdfilament.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at office@gdfilament.com and send your item to: Bulgaria, Sofia 1505, 10 Maritsa street, Fromvoulevs Ltd.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bulgaria, Sofia 1505, 10 Maritsa street, Fromvoulevs Ltd.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Discounts

If you order 10 (TEN) FILAMENTS OR MORE (one or different products) you will receive 10% financial discount, deducted directly from your payment obligations. Use bonus code 10gdf with your order so we can apply it immediately.

If you order 10 (TEN) FILAMENTS OR MORE (one or different products) you can receive 10% natural rebate ISO of financial discount if you prefer so. In this case you can receive free products. For example if you order 10 kg filaments but different colors you can choose one product (color and type of product by your choice) you want the receive as free goods. You are limited to choose ONLY from the colors and type of products you ordered. You are not allowed to choose as natural rebate a product you didn`t order. Use bonus code 10nat with your order so we can apply it immediately.

If other bonus codes are available you can use a BONUS CODE and show it to your order, so the bonus could be applied.
